APRIL IN PARIS ANYONE?

The April in Paris Adventure Begins at BELLA
It's April 21st and it is still snowing. The ground is too hard to plant potatoes, the temperature is too fierce for bike rides and I'm looking for the silver lining everywhere I turn.
Voila!
My French importer calls with the wonderful news that she was able to order the EIFFEL TOWER Brie and she remembered that I loved the stuff - 'oui oui' said I - send it right over!
Suddenly my Monday isn't so blue!
The sun even came out for a moment as we unloaded the truck (lovely new flatbreads, fabulous new wines, the most amazing NY cheddar and .... the brie!)

(A view of the Eiffel Tower from the Pompidou)
So, we've decided to let SPRING know we are starting without her!
Is there any better way to celebrate the beginning of the second month of a very late spring than with a picnic - indoors if we must! So for the rest of the month, join us in tempting SPRING out of her rabbit hole by fluffing up your best beret, drawing on a pencil thin mustache and sharing an APRIL in PARIS moment with your best friends!
(Walking to the Eiffel Tower from the Pomidou, you will actually get this close to it before you see it again!)

(an apology here, for the computer has seized control and is deciding how big or how small to make the words- am I the only one who has this problem???)
